6 weeks of support for parents

Over the last 5 years, 1000’s of parents and teachers have attended STILL Method workshops and learned new and exciting ways to help young people overcome anxiety.

Due to the popularity of these workshops and the support we offer children, I’ve learned even more about the struggles and challenges faced by parents. That’s why for the first time, I am running a 6 week program for parents.

By working together for 6 weeks, sessions can help parents learn how to feel confident supporting their children and whilst giving parents personalised support too.

Being a parent is tough, being the parent of a child who struggles is even harder and doing so over the last 18 months has been even harder.

I’m really excited to get the opportunity to work closely with families and give them tools to immediately improve their lives and their children’s. It’s great to have the chance to share so many things and to see first hand week to week how families benefit.

How to use the STILL Method to help your child feel less anxious.

  • How to help your child feel more confident.

  • Ways to deal with aggression and anger from your child.

  • Is your child angry, anxious or both?

  • Helping your child sleep independently.

  • Things to avoid doing.

  • How to help your child sleep better.

  • Parenting in the digital age, managing screen time and social media.

  • Dealing with negative children.

  • How to handle your own stress and fear.

Our first session begins on the 8th November at 7pm.
