Year 7/High School Ready

Throughout the summer coaches accross the UK are running sessions to help children who are experiencing anxiety about the transition to secondary schools.

Sessions are low cost, with fully funded sessions in areas such as Essex.

Through interactive and empowering techniques, the Still Method helps your child manage the big emotions associated with changing schools. Sessions are tailored to help manage your emotions, build resilience, and enhance your overall well-being.

Drawing from neuroscience and positive psychology, each carefully crafted activity helps build a tool-box of techniques and skills that last a life time. Discover practical strategies tailored to your child's unique journey, empowering them to begin overcoming anxiety and nurture a positive mindset.

• Support

Sessions help deal with the difficult powerful feelings of anxiety, whilst building confidence and the ability to deal with life's challenges. Programs can be delivered in groups or as 1-2-1 support. Both options provide a safe supportive environment where participants are able to share as much or as little as they choose.

• Fun and Transformative

This unique program of support can be completed in 3 short sessions or as a half day program. Online options are also available.
