STILL LEARNING

Evidence shows that a students ability to cope with anxiety before and during an exam impacts on results. Stress anxiety and fear can make it difficult to prepare for a test and fears on the day can cause students to freeze and struggle with memory.

STILL Learning is a short course created by The STILL method. The STILL Method teaches techniques to deal with immediate crisis, such as panic attacks, but also demonstrates easy to learn ways of dealing with painful memories and recurring thoughts.
